Non-Volatile architectural design for IoT wireless sensor networks, which performs dynamic hardware resource reconfiguration to improve the energy efficiency based on the application phase information and ambient energy (Submitted to ASPLOS'23).
Non-Volatile Processor (NVP) Simulator: A GEM5-based simulator developed to simulate NVPs.
NSF-CSSI Frameworks: Re-Engineering Galaxy for Performance, Scalability, and Energy Efficiency
Added GPU computation mapping support to the Galaxy Project. (Published in HiComb 2021).
Accelerating Galaxy tools and scheduling by adding GPU Kubernetes support.
Redesign existing Galaxy tools and other biomedical tools with GPU support to accelerate them.
Adding containerization support for the tools for running Galaxy on cloud platforms.
